IPRE MT100 Magnetic Yoke Flaw Detector

The magnetic particle flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, compact size, light weight, and convenient portability. Suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials in various steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and various types of welded structures in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and machinery. The flaw detector can be directly connected to AC power for use, and can also be optionally equipped with AC magnetization power and DC magnetization power, making it efficient and lightweight. Especially suitable for hull weld inspection, high-altitude steel structure weld inspection, and internal pressure vessel operations.
