Product Features:

  • Two thickness measurement methods are adopted, magnetic and eddy current, which can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic overlay on the magnetic metal matrix and the thickness of the non-conductive overlay on the non-magnetic metal matrix;
  • Split (sensor and instrument connected by lead), dual-purpose (F type N type in one);
  • Unique temperature compensation algorithm;
  • There are two measurement methods: continuous measurement mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement method (SINGLE);
  • With statistical function: average value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of tests (NO.), standard deviation (S.DEV);
  • With storage function: 500 measured values can be stored;

Scope of application:

Widely used in metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection, electroplating, spraying, pipeline anti-corrosion, aluminum profiles, steel structure and other industries, also suitable for shipbuilding, aerospace, electric power, pot special inspection, technical supervision bureau and other industries.
